To provide life skills education, training and enrichment programs for teen girls and young women that create pathways for their success in school, career and community through, experiences and tools that help them build social Savvy, Motivation, Assertiveness, Respect and Trust, a healthy self image and can-do attitude and, practice civility in their everyday life.

A world where girls and women are empowered to be completely confident in themselves and are well prepared to choose life pathways that allow them to grow and flourish in school, career and community.

Founder - Every Girl Can™ Worldwide

Yasmin Anderson-Smith, is president of KYMS Image International, LLC, a Washington DC-based training and consulting firm specializing in image management, personal branding and civility life skills for the workplace. Through her dynamic training, coaching and presentations, Yasmin empowers business women, young professionals and college students to stand out with distinction for lifetime success by helping them align their personal brand, appearance and communication to project a positive image and build respect, trust credibility.

In 2006, Yasmin created Every Girl Can to teach personal development life skills to middle school girls to help them find their voice, build confidence and develop a "Yes I Can" attitude. The program has touched the lives of hundreds of girls through the after school program, the annual "SMART Image" Conference, summer camps and life skills workshops on dining etiquette and civility, healthy body image, appearance and grooming, wellness, and self-esteem. Schools, community centers and faith-based organizations are welcome to enquire about offering the program.

Currently, Yasmin is collaborating with youth educators and advocates to create the non-profit organization, Every Girl Can be SMART Learning Institute, Inc. Stay tuned for more information on this initiative.

Lynne Fraino is the creator of Charm School Bahamas, in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The charm school idea developed from Lynne's first business venture, Miss Katey's, a magical retail store dedicated to girls. Charm School Bahamas offers unique motivational events and training programs to inspire girls throughout the islands of The Bahamas. Lynne's dedication to girls empowerment is motivated by her daughter, Katelyn. Charm School Bahamas is an affiliate of Civility Experts Worldwide and an affiliate of the KYMS Image International internationally recognized signature program, Every Girl Can™. Lynne attended Saint Leo University and Florida Atlantic University. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, specializing in Journalism and certificates in Women's Studies, Event Management and Wedding Planning. She is also the founder of the I Love My Daughter organization.

Meredith Annette Mauzy is Director and Founder of G.I.R.L.S. Mentoring. A humanitarian at heart, Annette is passionate about empowering the next generation of young women through mentorship so that they may radically impact their local and global communities. The mentoring program which was established in 2008, has been inspired to help and direct young girls ages 10 to 19 through life coaching, skill building and mentoring. Now in 2015, Annette has embark on a new journey and has become an affiliate of Every Girl Can Worldwide a teen girl empowerment program, headquartered in the USA. Annette is the first person to launch EveryGirl Can in the state of Georgia. The two programs will complement each other to empower girls to be bold, confident and embrace a healthy body image.

Rosie "Peppy" Parke is Director of Communications & Community Services at East River Family Strengthening Collaborative (ERFSC), a non-profit social agency in Washington, DC ), Creative Director of Peppy Entertainment and Promotions, and creator, producer and host of the talk s how, PEP Talk which is viewed in 22 Caribbean countries, South Florida, New York, on DCTV and on her personal You Tube channel at www.youtube.com/mspeppy. Ms Parke holds an MSc in Management and Public Relations from the University of Maryland University College and a BSc in business and professional management from Nova Southern University. Ms. Parke has worked with numerous organizations and individuals in the USA, Caribbean, China and Africa and has been been a certified fitness instructor since 2000. Currently, Ms. Parke teaches at Fitness4Less gym and the Lake Arbor Community Center and also provides customized fitness programs for organizations and fitness and wellness retreats. Ms. Parke enjoys travelling, cooking, and meeting people from various cultures and is passionate about giving back to those who are less fortunate. Ms. Parke chairs the board for a school in Ghana, West Africa and is a board member for another school in that country. Her activities include hosting annual events and raising funds for both schools. Ms. Parke will be the first affiliate to launch Every Girl Can on the continent of Africa and looks forward to a collaboration with KYMS Image International to host a girls conference in Ghana in the near future.
